Privacy Policy
Preview and policy scope
This policy describes the DGPB website and the proposed handling of website enquiries. The website is a test preview and the contact form is a demonstration: entries are validated in the browser and are not sent to the firm. The enquiry delivery and provider arrangements below describe the configuration prepared for activation, subject to completing settings. This policy does not replace the arrangements applicable to any subsequent engagement for legal services.
The firm and contact details
The website is operated by Dolev Gozlan Pearl-Berkovich — Attorneys at Law (DGPB; the firm), the controller of information provided in enquiries to the firm. Privacy enquiries: [email protected]; telephone 03-3734390; 5 Ofra Haza Street, Kiryat Ono, Acro Business Campus, Building B, Floor 8.
Information you choose to provide
Once sending is enabled, the form will require your first name and at least one contact method: a telephone number or email address. Last name and message are optional. The form has no file upload, payment or identity number field. Providing details is voluntary, with no legal obligation to do so. Without a first name and a valid contact method, the form cannot be submitted, and we cannot respond through details you have not provided. You can contact us directly by telephone or email.
Please provide only what is needed for initial contact. Avoid confidential or sensitive information, case documents or unnecessary personal information about others. If you email us directly, we also receive your message and the sender details you choose to provide.
Technical information and form protection
The proposed service also processes the form language and information needed for security checks and duplicate submission prevention. Cloudflare security services may process IP addresses, browser and connection characteristics, and request information. IP addresses also help limit submission frequency to prevent spam and abuse. Hosting and image delivery providers may record requests, access times and technical information for operation, security and troubleshooting. Such information may be collected while viewing the website without submitting an enquiry.
Purposes of use
Enquiry details are intended to let us receive and deliver your enquiry, consider its subject, respond and arrange further contact. Technical information supports website operation, abuse prevention, duplicate submission prevention and troubleshooting. The form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Any additional purpose will require review, updated notices and consent where required by law.
Providers and recipients
The planned infrastructure uses Cloudflare Pages for website hosting, Cloudflare Workers for submissions and Turnstile to protect against automated abuse. Enquiry content and contact details will pass through Resend to [email protected] in Microsoft 365. All partners of the firm have access to enquiries received in this mailbox for the purpose of reviewing and handling them. Sanity manages website content and delivers public images; form enquiries are not sent to Sanity. Access by the firm’s service providers is intended to be limited to those who need the information for their work, subject to approved arrangements.
Cloudflare’s privacy notice states that Turnstile signals are also used to improve bot detection, for which Cloudflare acts as a separate controller. Other disclosures will be considered where required by law or a competent order, or for the protection of rights, subject to applicable confidentiality duties.
Cookies, browser storage and measurement
The website code contains no audience analytics, advertising pixels or website-set cookies, and does not persist form entries or accessibility preferences in browser storage. Security services connected in future may use cookies or similar technologies depending on their settings. Browsing alone is not treated as blanket consent to tracking. Browser settings allow cookie controls; once sending is enabled, blocking a security component may prevent form submission.
Processing outside Israel
The planned cloud providers operate internationally, and information may be processed or stored outside Israel, including in the United States. Locations depend on the services and account settings selected. The assessment of processing locations, provider agreements and the basis for transferring enquiry details before sending is enabled has not yet been completed. There is no commitment that information will remain exclusively in Israel.
Retention and security
The prepared delivery service does not create a website enquiry database or write enquiry content to application logs. However, messages and delivery records may be retained by providers and in the mailbox. As of this policy update on 24 September 2026, the firm has not established a defined retention period for enquiries received in its email inbox, including enquiries that do not lead to an engagement with the firm. Retention periods for backups and records held by service providers have not yet been verified.
The planned delivery service includes input validation, rate limiting and security verification, and is designed for HTTPS connections. Activation remains subject to completing account access, service settings and firm procedures. These measures cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorised access or failures.
Access, correction and privacy requests
Subject to the Privacy Protection Law and its exceptions, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database and request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. Other requests to delete information or stop using it will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances; there is no unconditional right to erase all information. Email [email protected] with your request and contact details. Proportionate identity verification may be requested where necessary.
Links and updates
Links to external publications lead to websites with their own privacy policies. This policy will be updated to reflect the configuration actually activated. Material changes to information collection or use will be accompanied by notice and consent where required by law.
